Router says validating identity

The client settings on the laptop match the IAS settings and the certificate is definately installed.WPA2 is supported as i can connect to WPA2 personal APs. During the connection it flashes that it "connected" for a second then goes to "Validating Identity" which it eventually timesout on. Uncheck Varify the server’s identity by validating the certificate, then click the Configure button. Make sure the Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any) checkbox is unchecked. Check Specify Authentication mode and choose User Authentication.

If you're running in this issue, try the following: Check if there are other wifi-capable client devices (laptops, tablets, phones, etc) that CAN see the Cradlepoint's wifi network.
